• Moratorium on Foreclosures
• Foreclosure Mediation Program
Housing Committee Hearing on Tenant Protection Bill
The Committee will consider a bill to permit tenants and former homeowners to remain in foreclosed properties if they pay rent.

Judicial Foreclosure (Giving homeowners a day in court before foreclosures can take place) 6 Month Moratorium on Foreclosures
